Depth of Customer

A Depth of Customer (DOC) is a unique tool you can use for the core of all your marketing. It’s similar to a buyer persona but goes much deeper into the psychology of your audience.
This is a sample of some information that would be delivered to you about your audience:
✅ Their goals, worries, challenges, daily habits, interests, motivations, objections, the best places to find them, and additional quantitative data such as income, location, etc.
✅ The terms and language they use to describe their problem, top 25-pain points, and unique opportunities you can use for communicating your offering to them.

Competitor Analysis

I will conduct research 5 competitors in your niche. This will include where their web traffic comes from, a scraped list of their social media content so you can have a top-down look of what posts are working or not working for them. I will also add notes on how they communicate their product, versus how you communicate yours. I will also assess for paid advertising opportunities, and any other opportunities I find during my digging.
