  • Nope! Your credits never expire. Use them whenever you’d like—no rush, no pressure.

  • No. Credits are a one-time purchase. There are no recurring charges or auto-renewals.

  • The flow simply won’t run. You’ll be notified via email and given the option to purchase more credits before proceeding.

  • If you own multiple accounts or you and another party both approve a merge, we can combine them for you.

  • Credits are non-refundable due to the digital nature of these products and the backend systems involved in processing automations.

  • If a flow fails due to a system or credit issue, you won’t be charged. You’re only charged a credit when a flow is successfully activated.
