The Challenge:
Marquita came to me with a clear vision, a strong business plan, and a logo—but nothing else. No website. No clients. No marketing. No operational systems. She knew the impact her firm could have in the world, but needed someone who could help bring it all to life without getting lost in the weeds.
My Role:
I became Marquita’s strategic and operational co-pilot, helping her birth the business from idea to income. From high-level strategy to hands-on execution, I guided nearly every move CCI made in its first year.

Foundational Strategy: Clarified her offerings, brand identity, ideal audience, and voice. We positioned CCI as a premium provider of investigative and compliance services with a human-centered edge.
Marketing Engine Buildout:
Launched three aligned growth channels:
Organic LinkedIn marketing
Targeted proposal submissions via directories
Partnership outreach to synergistic firms
Designed and managed LinkedIn ad campaigns (with <$2K total ad spend).
Grew her LinkedIn following from 800 to 4,000+ targeted decision makers.
Scraped 5,000+ qualified emails and built outreach systems.
Created content and pitch decks for high-value presentations.
Operations & Systems:
Designed all funnels and CRM flows.
Set up marketing and client processes, as well as automations.
Ran software research and recommended tools aligned with her work style and business model.
Sales Strategy: Assisted with CCI’s entire sales process, from cold outreach to warm call conversion, including copy, flow, and backend tracking systems.
Founder Support: Held weekly check-ins to review metrics, Founder well-being, and keep execution aligned with strategic direction.
