The Challenge:
Taylor runs a six-figure business helping entrepreneurs make smarter decisions through data. She wanted to elevate her presence and attract more ideal business clients using LinkedIn—and she knew her brand messaging wasn’t dialed in enough to do it confidently.

My Role:
Taylor brought me in for a focused 12-week project to sharpen her brand voice, optimize her marketing approach, and give her clear, repeatable messaging that actually sticks with her audience.

Key Contributions:

  • LinkedIn Strategy Coaching:
    Taught Taylor how to use LinkedIn intentionally, guiding her through proven outreach tactics, automation strategies, and content approaches I’ve used to grow client pipelines.

  • Brand Messaging Book:
    Created a comprehensive brand messaging system tailored to three key buyer personas. The final deliverable was a branded PDF playbook that included:

    • Core positioning statements

    • Audience-specific taglines

    • Day-in-the-life narratives

    • Over 25 pain points per persona

    • Objections, motivators, and psychological hooks

    • Messaging do’s/don’ts and example copy

  • Implementation Support:
    Built and launched initial LinkedIn automation flows to support outreach while testing early versions of her new messaging.

The Result:
Taylor walked away with a plug-and-play messaging system that she can reuse across LinkedIn posts, cold outreach, landing pages, and sales calls. She now has:

  • 3 clearly defined personas

  • A reusable messaging asset that positions her as a premium, high-trust service provider
